We are now looking for an energetic and enthusiastic fresher for Billing Executive

The Billing Executive will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring accuracy of data, and communicating with customer’s and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Entering and processing of invoices, credit memos and debit memos (online and in background processing)

·      Invoice verification

·      Creation of invoice lists, lists for credit memos

·      Creation of lists for sales orders blocked for billing

·      Release of sales orders blocked for billing

·      Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments

·      Assist with month-end closing and reporting

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Understanding of basic accounting math

·      Knowledge of data entry for record keeping

·      Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate

Salary: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience: • Minimum 0-2 years

Qualification: Any degree with Good communication skills
