he Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business through field sales activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely collection of dues from clients. The role requires active field work, lead generation, customer follow-up, and achievement of monthly sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new leads through:
- Field visits
- Centre references
- Existing client references
- Remisier coordination
- Local market mapping
- Promote company products and explain benefits clearly to prospective customers.
B. Collection ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely collection of installments from allotted customers.
- Follow up with overdue customers and reduce outstanding dues.
- Maintain collection efficiency as per company standards.
- Update payment status in the system on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with Branch Manager for difficult recovery cases.
