· Identify and source properties that meet the specific requirements and preferences of potential buyers through various channels such as networking, market research, and property listings.

· Present sourced properties to potential buyers in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting key features and benefits to effectively communicate their value.

· Negotiate favourable terms, prices, and contracts with property owners or sellers on behalf of potential buyers, using strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals.

· Maintain regular communication with potential buyers throughout the property sourcing process, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns in a timely manner.

· Address any objections or concerns raised by potential buyers during the property sourcing and negotiation process, providing relevant information and solutions to overcome objections.

· Facilitate the closing of property sales by guiding clients through the final stages of the transaction and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the real estate industry.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.

· Proven track record of success in sourcing and closing property deals.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
