Summary:
As a Modernization Engineer, you will engage in the development and testing of agile and cost-effective hosting solutions. Your typical day will involve implementing scalable and high-performance hosting solutions tailored to meet the demands of contemporary corporate and digital applications. You will work with both private and public cloud technologies, focusing on transforming and migrating legacy infrastructure to facilitate next-generation business outcomes. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure that the solutions developed align with organizational goals and deliver optimal performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Analyze and assess existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and modernization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various data sources.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
