About the Job: - We are hiring a Sales Manager who will be responsible for building out our sales strategy, mentoring and training the sales team, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor the sales performance (Individual salesperson as well as the overall KPI) with the goal of increasing Business. Roles and Responsibilities: - • Lead a team of Health Consultants / sales representatives to achieve given revenue target. • Lead, Monitor and Train the team to improve performance and conversions • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team. • Carrying Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly revenue and enrollment targets. • Forecast of targets - both volume & revenue. • Build strategies and work for the improvement of all identified factors. • Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team. • Develop and implement strategies for achieving individual salesperson goals. • Handle escalations and improve customer experience. Requirements: - • 3+ years experience in B2C sales as Manager (Handling team size of 10 people Minimum). • Fluent English + Multilingual (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi). • Preferred if you have Experience in Weight loss / Slimming Centers like VLCC etc as Sales Manager. • Experience in building sales funnels with a systematic approach, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines. • Should be well versed with Technology (CRM, Excel Etc). • Proven experience in driving the outcomes from a sales team in achieving revenue targets. • Individuals who are highly Dedicated and hardworking with extreme determination. • Ideal if you are looking to work in the environment of a high-growth startup and if you are looking for a managerial role where you also find meaning in your work.
