Store Manager Automotive– Role Task Database Sourcing and Management: Monitor and make sure all walk-in and telephonic enquiries are recorded in the database. Follow up on the same, respective details update added in the database. Sales calls, Telephonic calls are progressed as per the sales script given. Sales Enquiries & Conversion: Having effective sales enquiries in order to: Understand the nature and requirement of the client. Position “MGs Tyres & Decors” as the best choice for the client. Provide the sale proposal, negotiate a win-win deal and coordinate with the operations in delivering the list of tasks. Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines. Be the interface between the client and the operations team from start to completion of the job. Reports & Activities: Prepare the weekly report for the review meeting of all the processes happening weekly wise. Report the day sale, stock reordering, systems in place, store maintenance in order, attendance of all staff logged, SOP is followed in each and every store activity. Fix the peer relation problems if any arise between staff. Organize the store operations. Work to stay ahead on targets. Knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint Internet usage and data finding. Corporate brands Sound knowledge in Retail Sales Negotiation Skills Experience: Min. 5 years retail sales & experience in any of the following, Tyre / Car Accessories (Not Spares) / Car Detailing and 2 years experience in management.
