Desired Competencies  Communication:Strong communication & interpersonal skills to carry out tasks at stores effectively Fluency in English is a must, along with proficiency in one Local Language.  Selling Skills: Flair for selling products to the consumer, enthusiastic in conversing with consumers.  Retail Experience: In customer electronics / consumer durables/FMCG domain is preferable.  Stakeholder Management: Partners with various stakeholders at the store such as Store Manager, dept. manager and ensure targets are met.  General Awareness: Should be aware of latest trends in Electronics and mobile industries, various technologies, innovations and Social trends.  Personality Traits: Should have a pleasing personality, and should be well groomed. Key Responsibilities  Achieve Sellout/ Targets as per the category and value set by the organization.  Demo Samsung Premium Product to the consumers and provide world class experience leading to conversion  Update walk-in customers about the ongoing offers / promotions to the product assigned category.  Escalate about stock / inventory to supervisors.  Responsible for Fixture & Asset Maintenance  Responsible for maintaining logbooks and online monitoring mechanism as maybe directed by supervisors.  Market Intelligence & Sensing.  Grievance Handling, Issue Management and manager Customer Queries at store  Continuous learning by attending various training program and certifications. 1. Experience – 1 Year to 5 Years 2. Qualification – Any Degree & Diploma 3. Language – Tamil & English 4. Age – 18 to 35 years 5. Gender – Male 6.
