• Job Responsibilities:Place orders for clients trading support equity derivatives options mcx.
• Follow-up: Stay in touch with potential clients to help them complete the account opening process.
• Customer Service: Build good relationships with clients and answer their questions.
• Update System: Keep track of calls and customer details in our system.
• Reach Targets: Work towards goals like opening new accounts.
• What We Need:Good Communication: You should be able to speak clearly in English and Tamil (other languages are a bonus!).
• Energetic & Positive: We want someone who is motivated and enjoys talking to people.
• Interest in Stock Market: Knowing about stock trading is a plus, but we will teach you if you don’t know.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers to update records and make notes.
• Target-driven: You should be able to work towards goals and enjoy achieving them.
