Job Description
Develop and implement training plans aligned with organizational goals.
Create and manage LMS content
Conduct training sessions (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job).
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Maintain training records, reports, and dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Ensure timely rollout and updates of training modules on the LMS portal.
Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
