About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, people-focused professional to bridge the gap between technology and education. As a School Partnership Executive, you will be the face of Vidysea Education in schools—building lasting partnerships, conducting high-impact product demos, and ensuring our career guidance platform is seamlessly integrated into the academic ecosystem.

This dynamic role combines Sales, School Onboarding, Faculty Training, and Student Counseling Support.


What You’ll Do

School Partnerships & Sales: Identify and visit top schools in your city to pitch Vidysea’s career guidance and assessment platform to Principals, Chairpersons, and Academic Directors.

Vidysea Product Demos: Conduct engaging, live demonstrations and orientation sessions for school leadership, teachers, and parents to showcase the platform’s value.

End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the implementation process for new partner schools, ensuring all technical and administrative requirements are met for a smooth launch.

Faculty Training: Conduct workshops to train teachers and counselors on how to use the Vidysea platform effectively to monitor student progress.

Counseling & Study Abroad Support: Support basic student counseling sessions using our proprietary framework. Guide students and parents on career pathways, including preliminary information on Study Abroad opportunities and global education trends.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with school authorities to ensure high platform engagement and renewals.

Field Coordination: Share regular field updates and market feedback with internal teams to help refine our product and strategy.


Who Should Apply?

Experience: Sales, Business Development, or Academic Coordination.

Communication: Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills (English and local language).

Counselor Support: Ability to support school counselors and work closely alongside them, providing necessary handholding and technical assistance whenever required.

Relationship Driven: A natural "people person" who can build trust with senior educators and inspire students.

Field-Ready: Highly motivated to travel locally and spend the majority of the day on-site at schools.

Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency is a must for conducting digital demos and managing reports.

Impact-Oriented: A genuine interest in the education sector and student development.

Preferred: Prior experience in EdTech, School Sales, Education Consulting, or Training.

Note: A Psychology background is NOT required; we provide the necessary framework training.
