Communicate with teams and be the sole point of contact for any finance related query 3. Maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. 4. Administer the accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records 5. Working with spreadsheets, sales, and purchase ledgers and journals 6. Check to ensure online bank account numbers of clients/vendors are set up accurately and all payments are properly authorized 7. Reach out to banks and explore opportunities with them 8. Process the international bank transactions for the clients/vendors 9. Prepare/manage/monitor monthly TDS/GST returns/refunds/payments 10. Process monthly staff expense claims 11. Maintain petty cash records 12. Assist with bank account openings and bank transactions processes 13. Summarize the financial status by collecting information, preparing the balance sheet, profit, and loss the statement, and other reports 14. Ensure timely booking of regional expenses in tally and review of booking 15. Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner 16. Prepare and update tax provision schedules 17. Advise management regarding the tax impact of corporate strategies Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • Prior Experience of working on Tally ERP • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
