Job Description

Handle domestic and international flight bookings for clients

Issue, reissue, and cancel air tickets as per customer requirements

Manage GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo) for reservations

Provide the best available fares and routing options

Assist customers with travel queries, baggage policies, and visa-related basics

Coordinate with airlines for special requests (meals, wheelchair, seat selection, etc.)

Maintain accurate booking records and documentation

Handle refunds, amendments, and rescheduling efficiently

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
