Required- Business Development Executive Exp- 2+ (Min in Business Development) Qualification- MBA *Responsibilities:* Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news. Real time exp. in BIDDING for software on freelancer and similar platform. Generate Lead and convert into Sales. Able to create Company profile, Proposals and other required documents. Good communication skill, having experience with international client like (US, UK, Aus etc). Soft spoken. Willing to work as individual contributor. Able to work in difficult situations. Hard worker. Permanent WFH Oversee the sales process to attract new clients. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. Research and identify new market opportunities. Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in project management and/or sales. Knowledge of productivity tools and software. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making. *Requirements:* Master Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. Extensive sales experience. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. Professional yet affable disposition. Neat, well-groomed appearance. Great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Emboldened by challenges.
