Job Description:- We need Experience Business Developer (Roles & Responsibilities):- • Drive business growth through identification of new client from market for company. • Responsible for identifying potential now customers and carry out necessary activates leading generation of inquiries. • Negotiate and finalize contract • Establishing long term relationships with new and existing customer. • She/he must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for collection and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. She/he is also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solution and services to clients. • Analysis of data and reporting on recommendation and strategy on a monthly basis. • Set up meeting between client decision makers and the organization. • Identify opportunities through Online Marketing campaigns, client references, and other networking channels, which will lead to attract new client. • Having regular connections with potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging existing Client networks. • Prospecting for potential new clients turn into increased business. • Should be smart enought build a business proposal for any new/prospective client basis their requirements, concerns, and objective. • Participate in pricing the solution/service. • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positives conclusion. • Use a variety of style to persuade or negotiate appropriately. • Desired Candidates Profile :- • 4-5 years of experience in Business Development (B2B Client Handling Sales). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Positive altitude and high drive on results. • Excellent written verbal skills in the English Language. • Graduate in Marketing/ Business Development. • To achieve the stipulated Business Development target. • Basic knowledge of CRM software, Excel, Power Point and MS Office.
