We're looking for a Business Development Executive - General Trade to join our team as an early member! About Us: POSHN is a new and exciting India-based ag-fintech venture founded in 2020 and supported by leading US based VCs, big venture debt and leading NBFCs. We’re on a mission to organise and digitally transform global agri-supply chain market. We are applying first principles thinking and re-imagining the solutions with a tech-product first mindset. The agri-supply chain space is gigantic, complex and has been largely un-organised. So we are taking the hassle out of it by creating a platform that empowers our products and facilitates a better, efficient and seamless experience between each stakeholders. Team: Core team holds together alumni of BITS Pilani, IIM & XLRI with each having decade long experience in the fields of supply chain, technology and product. Previously, we have built several highly impactful tech-product startups from ground up. Responsibilities • Creating and Liaising with channel partners to expand product reach in the market, coordinating and assisting them to promote the product. • Developing and executing short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline. • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with our clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters, delivery & quality of service. • Touring the assigned sales territory regularly, talking to channel, identifying and resolving issues. • Ensuring business expansion through distribution. • Ensuring the optimum product mix reaching market. • Checking inventory of products, ensuring minimum inventory levels to be maintained across the channel. Career Experience we'd love to see: • Graduate or equivalent by experience • Should have worked in an FMCG Environment (Minimum 2-5 years of frontline sales experience) • Preference to candidates who have worked in NCR. • Age – Below 32 Years • Experience in General Trade only. • Having Own Two-Wheeler with valid Driving Licence. • Possess strong interpersonal skills.
