Job description- 1. Calling Leads  Call on parent leads  60-75 leads are to be called daily 2. Generating trial classes  Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class 3. Take counselling sessions and convert them  Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes Shift Timings- India- 9:30am to 6:30pm (Monday off) Middle-East/ Europe- 3pm to 12am (Sunday off) US/ Canada- 8pm to 5am (Sunday off) CTC – Post selection the candidates will be entitled for a stipend amount of Rs.10,000 for a 14 days training period. Post training clearance, below CTC will be applicable. INR 6.6 LPA (4 LPA – fixed + 2.6 LPA – variable)- Candidates who opt for US/ Canada will get an additional night shift allowance of 5000/month.
