Job Description

Key Responsibility Activities: (Client Services) 1. Conducting daily meeting of students with their mentors for discussing their profile enhancement activities. 2. Summarizing each meeting and notifying the summary to the client. 3. Following up with the student regarding the completion of the activities recommended by the mentor, within the specified deadline. 4. Conducting monthly meetings of students and parents with mentor/s for updating them about the progress of the student in terms of their profile enhancement activities. 5. Planning monthly workshops for enrolled students and organizing them meticulously. 6. Sending monthly reports to the clients 7. Giving insights to the mentors regarding the student’s motivational and performance level. Skills Required: a) Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Word b) Research Skills: Sound Capabilities of doing secondary and primary research c) Soft Skills: 1) Communication Skills: Good listening skills, Confident, persuasive and convincing with clients 2) High Level of patience. 3) Strong motivational skills. 4) Adaptable and flexible. 5) Ability to handle pressure. 6) High organizational skills.
