Roles & Responsibilities:  In charge of planning and managing organic & paid growth marketing strategies that promote the company's brand, products, and services.  Plan growth campaigns via SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and display advertising avenues, programmatic advertising for our clients.  Measure and report campaign performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.  Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.  Will develop and implement robust and target digital marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.  Have a proven track record in Digital Marketing  Have a working knowledge of SEO, Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Display  Be well-versed with Facebook, Instagram & Google Analytics  Have experience/worked in an E-commerce environment  Be proactive, reactive, write briefs, overview the progress and successful delivery of projects  Have a strong analytical capability alongside a "big picture" mind set  Have a track record using analytics tools.  Have a track record managing agencies.  Be a self-starter and a team player  Have strong communication skills  Be solution-lead, personable , self-aware  Be a confident decision maker, but also know when to seek guidance.
