Roles & Responsibilities As an assistant manager marketing, your responsbility would be to create an effective growth strategy using your understanding of the target audience, and their behaviour. You'd be managing & growing traditional marketing channels and at the same time, identifying newer channels that we can tap into. Performance Marketing - Ideate, create, run and optimise ads across platforms - Set up analytical and data tags for data driven decision making Social Media - Identify content gaps and trending topics to create an effective social media strategy - Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content and viral campaigns - Identify ideas to increase reach, engagement & followers on social media Content & SEO - Create a robust content strategy and carry out keyword research - Ability to optimise articles as per on-page SEO techniques - Identify ways to distribute content - Content growth via link building, guest posting etc. Influencer Marketing - Identify influencers (individuals, admins, online pages etc.) and negotiate branding deals with them - Ideate content ideas for these campaigns and manage influencers Skills Required - Education (Bachelors/Masters) from Tier-1 colleges - 2-3 years of marketing experience in a B2C startup or established brand - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Hindi as well as English - Strong understanding of consumer psychology and how the digital marketing at large works - Strong understanding of social media, performance marketing & SEO - A keen interest in concepts of spirituality, dharma & Bharat is preferred - Ability to cope with multiple projects & deadlines while delivering results - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Enthusiastic, high work ethics and an entrepreneurial mindset - Have an eye for detail
