Strong written and verbal communication skills. Empathy to understand the needs of the clients/patients. Proficiency in MS Suite(Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Etc.) Highly motivated self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow. Provide valuable insights for decision making. Open to working flexible hours on occasion to handle requests from clients. Knowing the local regional language in addition to Hindi and English is a must. Bachelor Degree or Equivalent is mandatory. Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a huge plus but not mandatory
