Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Legal Affairs located in Vasant Vihar. The Head of Legal Affairs will be responsible for providing legal advice, managing corporate governance, and overseeing intellectual property and patent law matters. The individual will handle a wide range of legal matters and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Law
• Experience in providing Legal Advice and managing Corporate Governance
• Thorough understanding of Intellectual Property and Patent Law
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A law degree from a recognized university
• Postgraduate degree in a related field is preferred
