Responsible to ensure the batch making process as per given formulation. Responsible for extrusion section. Responsible to measure output of extrusion line on time & motion study basis. Responsible for maintaining and cleaning of Die’s & tooling self or by shift incharge. Maintain log book activities during the shift and instruction for next shift. Responsible to answer any question related to extrusion line. Cross checking of batches. Formats filling related to line production & analysis. Demand of raw material for 24 hours thru requisition slip. Line starting as per work instruction & set parameter. Loading / unloading of die as per work instruction. SAP Production Entry Qualifications and Experience Levels Relevant manufacturing Degree/Diploma Course Experience in making WPC Door, Door Frames & Boards Extensive plant level experience with significant proven man management experience Technical capability and understanding Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain Proficiency in Microsoft Office
