JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE: MIS Executive (5 Vacancies) We are looking Only Female Candidates for MIS Executive Profile for Sahibabad Location who should have detailed knowledge of computer. COMPANY NAME: RRC LOGISTIC PRIVATE LIMITED EMPLOYMENT: FULL TIME JOB LOCATION : SAHIBABAD ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Working command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, CHARTS etc.) is compulsory. - Must be able to create reports using data. - Knowledge of any ERP software will be a bonus. - Responsible for Parties & Payment details entries in ERP Logistic Software. - Handling NEFTs & E-mail drafting. - Prepare reports as per requirement. - Bank & Party accounts reconciliation. - Should be able to maintain bank statements. - Settle costs on balance sheets. - Manage invoices. - Help the senior accounts team. - Checking & passing supplier’s bills. - Responsible for finalization of P&L account. - Manage inventory entries. - Reconciled all bank and credit card accounts. - Understanding of File system and File types. - Knowledge of Internet and safe browsing practices. - Either experience as a computer operator. - Generate specific reports as required in alignment with the position. - Maintain close working relationships with the operations and logistic team. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Minimum 1 Year Experience. - Working command over Advanced Excel. WAGES: Rs.22K – 27 K / month. (Depend as per skills) CONTACT: (Only in office hours) ( 10 AM- 6 PM )
