Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Data Management:
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions.
  • Assist in data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various platforms.
  • Communication:
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner.
  • Draft and respond to emails and other communications promptly.
  • Office Coordination:
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
