Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: Working closely with the team and improving productivity to ensure effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans. Assisting management in implementing new policies for improved performances. Documenting changes in the computer tracking system Ensuring quality control of customer service with daily monitoring and customer feedback Competency to manage and lead a team, ensuring compliance with the set standards Resolving all client inquiries Strong communication and problem-solving skills while adhering to the timelines. Leading a team and managing a 230+ fleet size. Coordinating and liaising with the team members to ensure a reduction in the movement of idle trucks. Looking out the maintenance of overall fleet with inhouse maintenance hub Communicating with GPS Executive, keeping a tab on the branch managers to ensure cost efficiency and zero truck idling.
