Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large, multi-location workforce across India. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, and timely reporting while handling employee queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities • Process monthly payroll for employees deployed across multiple client locations PAN India • Maintain and update payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, MIS, and variance analysis • Coordinate with HR, operations, and finance teams for payroll inputs and validations • Handle full & final settlements, bonuses, and reimbursements • Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner • Generate payslips and ensure timely salary disbursement • Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations
Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing. • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
