Job Opening: HR Executive
Company: Classypay Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (24pay)
We are a growing fintech company with our corporate office located at H Block, Noida Sector 63, and a team of 50+ employees across India.
We are looking for a HR Executive who has relevant experience and is eager to build a strong career in a fast-growing organization. Immediate joining preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection
- Employee onboarding and management
- Performance appraisal processes
- Handling PF, ESI, and HR compliance
- Implementing employee policies and regulations
- Team handling and coordination
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in HR field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage
