Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role

Adctrogen IT Consultant Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support end-to-end human resource operations. The role includes recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, attendance support, and day-to-day HR administration in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Handle employee onboarding, joining documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR documentation accurately.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, warning letters, experience letters, and internal communication.
  • Coordinate with management on hiring needs, employee concerns, and performance-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support basic statutory HR processes.
  • Work closely with different departments to support smooth HR operations and communication.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
  • Good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations preferred.
