About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, smart, and proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is a high-responsibility role requiring someone who can manage operations, communication, scheduling, and confidential business matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing CEO’s calendar, meetings & appointments
• Coordinating with doctors, hospitals & business partners
• Drafting professional emails & WhatsApp communications
• Handling confidential documents & agreements
• Travel planning & meeting arrangements
• Vendor & team coordination
• Following up on business tasks & reporting updates
• Assisting in marketing & operational execution
Required Skills
✔ Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
✔ Strong coordination & follow-up ability
✔ Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
✔ Smart, presentable & disciplined personality
✔ Ability to travel within Delhi NCR
✔ High confidentiality & professionalism
Preferred Background
• MBA / BBA / Healthcare Management
• Experience in healthcare / diagnostics / startup environment
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Salary
