Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals in the real estate market. You will work closely with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences, provide guidance on property options, negotiate terms, and facilitate the transaction process. Additionally, you will stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to offer valuable insights to clients and ensure successful transactions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  3. Conduct property tours to showcase available listings and educate clients on features and benefits.
  4. Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and financing options.
  5. Assist clients in drafting and submitting purchase offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the closing process.
  6. Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  2. Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a similar role.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience: Only Real Estate background will be eligible.
