Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Analyst role reporting to the Directors & MD & Concern Branch Manager. He/she is responsible for the supporting Sales Team in Payment collection and deposit Cheque to bank Analysis and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. Handling Demo register and Follow Ups Manage Petty Cash and register. Handling Billing / Invoice. Manage incoming and outgoing Register. Handling Branch Inventory (PR, Material Transfer etc.) Sharing the Quotation to the client/customer Following up with Sales Closer (Preparing Quotation, prepare Sales Order, Order Confirmation, and Receipt) Complete in charge of Showroom. Login in vendor registration. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management Excellent Skill in Handling Customer and negotiations of price. Excellent effective time management skills Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately.
