Job Description: Technical Sales Specialist for Modern DevOps Platform "OutSystems" ABOUT: We are looking for an experienced technical sales specialists for OutSystems practice at Swaran Soft. The role demands excellent people & pitching skills with enterprise-grade customers for Modern DevOps Platform & Services. You will work closely with the sales director to build & close deals with new & existing clients for OutSystems Platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to offer Modern Application Development Platform & Professional Services for developing web & mobile business applications for enterprises. Roles And Responsibilities: Familiarity with selling transformative software and SaaS/PaaS solutions Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles Understanding the business issues impacting large enterprise organizations with the ability to educate/evangelize and generate opportunities out of this knowledge. Experience in managing large complex account relationships. A strong network of contacts across enterprise organizations in the respective region Ability to work credibly at all levels, especially at the CXO level. Self-starter can work with minimum supervision. Able to know when to seek guidance. Self-critical and eager to improve and optimize the sales processes and tools. Strong customer references Availability to travel Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 to 12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales Experience: Experience using an established enterprise software sales process/forecasting methodology. Tenacious, hungry, competitive in nature. Accustomed to exceeding revenue targets (top 10-20% of company performers) Strong customer references Travel as needed (25%-40%) Sales DNA - hunting mentality, tenacity Brains, intensity, charm Salary Bracket: 8-18 LPA Plus Perks.
