 Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information  Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts, and other related issues.  Tracking distributor wise / dealer wise, Sales person wise Targets vs. Achievement  Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies  Prepare sales forecasts and collect and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals  Timely provision of information to the Concern Managers to facilitate better decision making  Identify and keep up with sales trends.. Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date  Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.  Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently  Coordination with Branch SCM for clearing the old stocks to increase sales.  Develop sales reports for sales analysis, forecasting, trending, and results analysis  Deciding & Analyzing the Minimum Order Quantity of all SKU  Reviewing & Preparing Pending Stock reports brand wise item wise
