This is a job for smart people who can: - Make cold calls to customer - Handle both outbound/inbound calls - Can be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems - update systems - Must have decent typing speed (at least 20 WPM -Candidate should be comfortable with sales profile with Finance/Marketing background -Should provide the product knowledge to customers and resolving their queries over calls and emails. -Should become link in between networked financial institutions and customers and help customers in getting their queries resolved on time by them. KEY EXPERIENCES Minimum 0.6 months to 1 year experience required in Credit Card product (Outbound sales). Must have knowledge in dealing in online sales. Qualification required – Graduate must (Any). Possess excellent communication skills- Written and Verbal. Can interact with the customers ofdiverse backgrounds and possess relationship building Skills. Good Knowledge of Microsoft excel and internet. Can comfortably interact with the customers on call and mails. Can adhere to the quality parameters.
