Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads or making calls on daily basis.  Briefing the customers on project and having end to end discussion regarding our project.  Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.  Call or Meet with clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals and to communicate with them to identify their requirements and choice of property.  Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.  Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals  Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.  Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
