-Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. -Leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. -Developing sales plans and budgets to effectively manage resources and maximize sales results. -Building and maintaining client relationships to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. -Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition. -Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to coordinate sales efforts and improve product offerings. -Providing regular feedback to senior management regarding sales performance, market conditions, and product development needs. -Mentoring and developing team members to improve quality and effectiveness of sales efforts. -Identifying and developing key sales opportunities and strategies to drive revenue growth. -Analyzing sales data and trends to develop and implement new sales strategies and initiatives.
