Responsibilities of candidates include: Graduate with excellent personality  Excellent coomunication skils o Can read write and speak fluently english and Hindi o Ability to dress in smart casulas and full formals o Always well grromed with neat haicut and ironed clothes o Should have ability to speak softly to clients and Event partners o and strictly to bartenders and service providers o Shoul have Ability to maintain puctulity and use time management o Ability and confidence to speak to all cadres of people to interact with them  One year of work experience o Understanding client requirements and documenting o Ability to prepare customized proposals in WORD/Excel/PPT o Ability to negotiate terms with clients as well as venders o Ability to maintain client records and follow up systems o Ability to research for new leads and get refferrals o Ability to handle pressures and conflicts o Person loves to handle targets and achieve /excel in them  Personal traits required o Ability to drive Bike/Car (Owning personal vehicle is preferred) o Should enjoy working late nights and travel when required ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Will visit assigned venues on daily Basis o ADOT, RIVIERA, AMARAI, NITESHKUNJ and NH8 Venues o MORBAGH, SHAGUN, AMAANTA Chatarpur farms  Maintain broadcast list o Existing and past clients o Existing and past leads o 100 top list of event managers/caterors/decorater  Regular messaging to all the above groups twice a week  Meet 5 event managers every week  Practice pitching/ Q&A/ Makings costs/ Proposal decks etc regularly  Plan Month Promotional campaigns on behalf company on weekly basis and ensure its compliance  Monitor social media marketing and quality lead generation.  Other roles as assigned by the management  Reports to GM- Operations directly and Director Indirectly  Target 50-70 events with revenue of 50 Lakhs  Incentive 10% of GP
