1. Manage and train store Junior staff. 2. Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized. 3. Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom 4. Receives, stores, and issues supplies and equipment and compiles records of supply transactions aboard ship: Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices. 5. Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies 6. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping 7. Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses 8. Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control 9. Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs 10. Stores supplies and equipment in storerooms. 11. Issues supplies. 12.
