You should have good experience of handling PAN India collection department. Roles and Responsibilities • Handling Collection portfolio & Callers Team • Managing Quality & TAT. • Dealing with agency & channel partner & communication across states. • Training & motivation to staff. • Should be good in data analysis & financial analysis. (Advance Excel) • Planning and executing collection on a monthly basis to achieve collection efficiency • To monitor team performance periodically. • To Guide and lead the team towards achieving monthly targets. • Coordinating with agency resources and doing the call planning for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases & analyzing the problem. • Ensured timely service delivery as well as collections from the clients within the stipulated credit period while managed the distribution system of the company and maintained smooth operations across the units. • Maintaining Reports & Database. Desired Candidate Profile • Must have 1-5 years of experience in same. • Must be graduate/postgraduate. • Most preferred from BFSI/ NBFC/ Bank / etc. • You should have good geographical knowledge. • Good knowledge of Excel. • Good communication skills.
