Position: Tele calling Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele calling Executive to join our team at Yash Retail and Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
Key Roles Responsibilities:
- Calling on leads providing by companies
- Present product details in professional manners over on calls
- Lead Conversion: - Negotiations and order closures
- Telemarketing
- Providing product information and addressing customer inquiries
- Achieving sales targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Business Development, Sales, Convincing Power
- Handing customer sales inquiry
- Sales Data entry
- Hot and cold lead Customer database maintenance
Experience:
