Job Description
Required Position Out Of House Specialist (OOH)
Location PAN INDIA
Experience 03 to 06 Years
Salary Range Negotiable based on experience and knowledge (appx. 25K-30K monthly Gross)
Education Minimum Graduate
Key Responsibilities Must have minimum 2 years experience in HORECA (Hotel, Restaurants and Café) or INSTITUTIONAL CHANNEL
FMCG Company experience must
Must have handled distributor during his tenure
Managing Super stockist business & hygiene market parameters for the assigned territory
Managing the end-to-end operations of a sub-stockiests in the rural markets
Achieving primary, secondary & tertiary targets of sub stockiest
Ensuring Sub stockiest level market hygiene factors like Billing Efficiency, Lines, Coverage, New outlets, productivity, etc
Regularly carrying & ensuring proper execution of POSM materials in the outlets covered
Operation of trade schemes as per organisation approval in sub stockiest markets
Maintaining product Quality as per company guidelines
Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs which includes customer queries and complaints
Ensuring sufficient availability & rightful visibility of stocks across covered outlets
Handling customer queries and effective complaint redressal
Engaging positively with the customers & put efforts towards creating long term relationship
