Job Description
- Explain and promote day-out packages to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients
- Coordinate with operations/vendors for smooth execution of bookings
- Update CRM daily with lead status, follow-ups, and closures
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses
- Maintain proper communication before and after booking
