Job Description
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively.
Employee Relations:
• Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Performance Management:
• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Work with managers to develop employee growth and development plans.
• Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance performance and career development.
Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Support leadership in creating a learning culture within the organization.
• Organize team-building activities and workshops.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address any related queries.
• Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from any discipline, with a preference for those with a commerce
background.
2. Eagerness to learn finance, human resource management, and general management.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
