Civil Site Engineer

v Job Description: Project Engineer

1)     Collaborate & Coordination with all concern Project Consultant like Architect, Structural Consultant, MEPF Consultant etc. to determine the specifications of the project.

2)     Collaborate & Coordination with Client, Client’s Engineer & all other Staff who is associated with Project Execution.

3)     Submission Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Project Estimation and Budget Finalization for all the Construction Activities.

4)     Checking of all the drawings before execution, in case of any discrepancy found, discuss it with concern Project Consultant.

5)     Maintain Quality of Construction Work.

6)     Preparing work for the whole team & divide the same to Project Engineer, Follow-up from Project Engineer in case of necessity.

7)     Timely submission of completed report to the Client and Company management

8)     Understanding Client’s need and execute same on site.

9)     Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

10)   Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

11)   Pre-Planning of all the construction activities and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

12)   Ensure Construction Safety Norms as per Rules and Regulation.

13)   All Other Work assign by Management Team.
