IT Engineer 

Department Information Technology Location On-site / Hybrid Employment Type Full-Time Reports To IT Manager / Head of IT Experience Required 2–5 Years 

About the Role 

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our IT infrastructure, end-user environments, and cloud-based services. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure Active Directory, and device management platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

Microsoft 365 & Productivity 

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive 
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and service configurations across the M365 tenant 
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office application issues across the organization 

Identity & Access Management 

• Manage user and device identities through Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) 
• Configure and maintain Conditional Access policies, MFA, and SSO integrations 
• Administer role-based access control (RBAC) and group policies 

Endpoint & Device Management 

• Deploy, configure, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) 
• Manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployments 
• Perform OS installations, imaging, and system builds for Windows workstations and laptops 

Infrastructure & Support 

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues 
• Maintain IT asset inventory and manage lifecycle of hardware and software 
• Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures 
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and procurement

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or engineering role 
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and configuration 
• Proven experience with Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID 
• Practical experience deploying and managing devices via Microsoft Intune 
• Proficiency in Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting 
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and ITSM practices 

Nice to Have 

• Microsoft certifications: MS-900, MD-102, MS-102, AZ-900 or equivalent 
• Experience with Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning 
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and hybrid identity environments 
• Exposure to PowerShell scripting for automation and administration 
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management
