Supervisor/ Hub Manager/ Team Lead experience is a must Should have Data management knowledge (Basic Excel knowledge). Should have knowledge on the basic Rostering part (Attendance, leave management of riders) You’ll be handling the Entire kitchen/hub day to day operations entirely. Daily attendance, follow ups of riders to be taken care of. Hub level escalations management. Any issues w.r.t customers or Delivery executives will be handled by you firstly. Training (Awign + OLA App), Mentoring, ID creation of Delivery executives to be taken care of. Making sure all assets are handled carefully and day end reconciliation of all assets by keeping them in safe places and ensuring assets safety. All the process to be completed within the timeframe fixed by the company(Approx 25 Minutes) Order delivery process and information related to it be checked thoroughly at regular intervals and make sure there are no misses.
