Administrative Coordinator, Operations - Female Location: Anjuna Job Timings: 9 am to 7pm Qualification: Graduate Experience: 3+ yrs in Administration Salary: upto 28K Duties and Responsibilities • Assigning various tasks to people depending on requirement and • updating status of those tasks on a daily basis • Coordinating with Headquarters to generate management invoices every month and sharing them with clients • Monitoring collection of fees • Data entry and monitoring of Maintenance related expenses for • each villa under management • Collating Training schedules every week and ensuring the relevant • training is imparted • Maintaining AMCs and other regular schedules for each villa under • management • Helping with new projects to build efficiencies • Creating the monthly MIS to be sent to clients while working • closely with the Deputy Managers Skills Required • Excellent communication skills • Well-presented, polite and tactful • Result oriented • Excellent people handling skills • Systems and process oriented • Ability to maintain accounts • Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel and Power Point • Excellent with e-mails • Ability to work on Google Drive and other software as the company deems fit • Fast learner
