Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities

Process related
• Managing the Soft BKT ( BKT 0) collections through team of
ASM’s/COs/SCDMAs for the Zone.
• Managing and improving DCC Business Contribution and supporting field for
DCC Business –Zone 2
• Prepare zonal strategy to increase Business through Activities and DCC
contribution in close interaction with BFL RMs & dealers and ensure execution
through Area Sales Manager & team.
• Responsible for 6 MOB collection & NS.
• Travelling to critical and strategic locations on monthly basis to review the
performance of each field location.
• Periodic performance review of the ACM’s/CO’s & keeping close control to
ensure the achievement of soft collection targets
• Productivity mgmt. & put up for action against the low performer COs, DMAs (off
rolls)
• Periodic evaluation / correction of the field capacity as per the productivity
Norms (Matrix)
• Dealer Capacity Planning as per DCC Matrix.
• Analyzing Collection Data for improving resolutions in the Zone .
• Strategizing and ensuring smooth execution of the various strategies/drives O
for day to day collection performance improvement and DCC Business in the
Zone.
• Monthly team meeting with respective states and management by exception to
drill down Hub and channel level for performance review & setting the targets for
the next month
• Managing the Channel service escalations for Business/Collection issues.
• Review low cash deposition channels & initiate legal for critical channels for
resolution.
