Job Responsibility · Talent management Recruitment. · ON-Boarding, Exit, Handling staff grievance. · Time office management, Attrition, Absenteeism analysis. · Maintain HR MIS reports (Currently in Excel) · Attendance management- From Biometric Software and Excel. · Payroll Management: Salary processing through Excel · Employee engagement activities, Rewards, Performer of the month, etc. · Floor management- Disciplinary action/warnings/PIP/Termination as required. · Handled all Administrative activities. · Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department. · Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
