Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR & Admin Executive who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations, resolve real-time issues, and efficiently manage the complete employee lifecycle. This role requires strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and excellent listening skills to handle both operational challenges and employee concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Admin & Operations
- Manager and update all layouts (2D plans, 3D elevations, price lists, marketing materials), ensuring only the latest versions are in circulation
- Maintain adequate print stock (amenities list, price list, A3 drawings, etc.) at all times
- Supervise office cleanliness (cabins, washrooms, common areas) through the office support staff
- Handle real-time operational issues (power, AC, printer, inverter, etc.) ensuring zero disruption
- Manage pantry inventory, approvals, vendor bills, and monthly budget control
- Maintain organized records of office bills, documents, and files
- Arrange employee joining kits (ID cards, SIM cards, visiting cards, etc.)
- Track attendance via biometric system, including leave records and late mark monitoring
- Maintain festival calendar and ensure timely sharing of creatives
HR Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end onboarding process (document collection & verification: Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, etc.)
- Create official email IDs and issue joining letters
- Maintain salary sheets and leave tracker aligned with attendance and company policies
- Act as the first point of contact for employees; address concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with the marketing team for pre-planned festive creatives and employee engagement

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin (Real Estate industry preferred)
- Basic understanding of HR processes, attendance, and payroll
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Mandatory Requirement
Must own a personal vehicle for on-ground admin work and issue resolution
